"I have been going to Smith's Optical for the last 4 years (3 pairs of glasses) and I can honestly say I won't be switching back to the chain stores any time soon. The boutique frames (Oliver Peoples, etc.) and service by Robert are not matched anywhere in the local area. The optometrist, Howard Fishman, is the perfect complement to the unique set up they have. The thoroughness of exam, precision of the frame setup and frame selection are the reasons that I will keep going back."

"Its very good to have an establishment that truly cares.
Robert and staff took their time during my eye examination and glasses selection to explain and answer any question I had without feeling rushed or pressured. They went beyond what their services were asked of and this is what is lacking in many businesses. Upon my initial visit I failed to give my contact number so Robert took it upon himself to call the store where I had purchased my current glasses to get my number.
Support these type of businesses as they are vital to the fabric of a generous society.”
